1:1 Consultations (Single Sessions)
All one-to-one consultation sessions are non-refundable. Once a session is booked and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, regardless of attendance.
One Month Consultation Plans
Clients enrolled in one month consultation plan are eligible for a 50% refund only if the cancellation request is submitted within the first 7 days of the plan.
No refunds are issued after the first week.
Two Months & Three-Months Consultation Plans
Clients subscribed to two months or 3 months consultation plans are eligible for a 50% refund only if cancellation is requested within the first month of the plan.
No refunds are issued after the first month, regardless of usage or attendance.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via our support channel.
